- A €10 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in person on the day of the tour.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour for a full refund of the deposit.
3. Health and Safety Rules
Your safety is our top priority. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Swimming Ability: For water-based activities (e.g., snorkeling, turtle watching), participants must be good swimmers.
- Age Limit: The minimum and maximum age for participation may vary depending on the specific tour. Please check the details of each tour before booking.
- Children: Guests under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- Health Conditions: Please inform us of any health issues or medical conditions before the tour.
- Guests with Disabilities: People with disabilities are welcome, but they must be accompanied by a responsible adult who can assist them during the tour.
4. Liability
- Paphos Nature is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tours.
- Participants join at their own risk and must follow the guide’s instructions at all times to ensure their safety.
5. Weather Conditions
- Tours may be canceled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the deposit.
6. Code of Conduct
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants:
- Respect our guides, staff, and fellow guests.
- Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
7. Photography and Media
By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used for promotional purposes unless you inform us otherwise in writing before the tour.
